Environment - ISO 14001:2015
Respect and protection of the environment is a time-consuming parameter for the operation of the company. "PYRAMIS S.A." ensures the minimum
environmental impact during the execution of its operations. The company operates an environmental management system certified according to
ISO 14001:2015.
Different means of environmental protection are therefore used. In all production units there are special filters, the bag filters, which function as dust
suppression systems. Also, special filters are installed in all the trucks and machinery of the company which reduce the dirt. Finally, the company is very
active in the recycling industry. Regular recycling takes place in the production areas in burned oils, batteries, filters and in any material suitable for
recycling.
Health and Security - OHSAS 18001:2007
The core of a company is its people and therefore it respects the working rights of its employees, ensure their health and safety and create an excellent
working environment. To achieve this, "PYRAMIS S.A." ensures that employees are informed about the means of personal protection and are trained in their use.
Workers in manufacturing and construction sites are suitably equipped with special uniforms, gloves, boots, vests, helmets, etc.
Finally, the company endeavors to strictly observe the rules of Greek health and safety legislation in order to reduce their risks and avoid injuries and accidents. The
Health and Safety System, which is applied to the company's workplaces, is certified in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007.
